Anil brings in Smart Grid Technology Contributions and Strategic Initiatives for evolving Smart Grid Solutions & Program Management of the Smart Metering and AMI Solutions initiated in India. His comprehensive contributions have been particularly recognised erstwhile in Technology and Program Management of Utility Automation Solution System Engineering Engineering and Implementation of high technology projects for the Utilities (Transmission, Generation & Distribution) and Energy Sectors in the country.

Anil Kumar Arora, has earlier had Lead roles in leading IT corporates (CMC Ltd.-GoI PSU & later CS conglomerate) at various levels such as Project, Program Manager and Utility Automation-Group Head in the country and has established collaboration with a host of global technology corporates for successful technology management and deployment in a host of first timer technology solutions in the Indian geography. He has further established lead contributions with Engineering Product and Solution Development, Project Management and Business Development Teams for successful integration and deployment of high Technology solutions in a host Projects as the City Distribution Automation, Demand Side Management Projects as well as Retail Outlet Automation System, which have of such first timer pioneer technology Solutions in the geography.

In most recent initiatives, he has further successfully established comprehensive solution engineering and deployment for one of the first Smart Metering System Pilot projects, initiated in the Indian Power Distribution Sector for the country wide initiation of Smart Meter and AMI solution by the Ministry of Power in the Utilities. He has been erstwhile also extended honorary professional association on the IEEE platform as the Regional Coordinator, IEEE Smart Grid Technical Activities Committee for Region 10, Asia Pacific which include all states of India)
