Muhammad Nazirul Bin Zailani is a Lead Technical Support Engineer at Xtremax since January 2020, specializing in support for over 150 Singapore government agency websites on the Content Website Platform 2.0. Prior roles at Xtremax included Senior Technical Support Engineer and Technical Support Engineer, where responsibilities involved coordinating website launches and CMS upgrades. Muhammad’s career began in the Singapore Armed Forces as a Post Production Artist and included positions at Collabera Technologies as a Service Desk Agent and various roles in retail and multimedia. Educationally, Muhammad holds a Diploma in Digital Media Design (Animation) from Nanyang Polytechnic and has completed the Singapore-Cambridge GCE Ordinary Level at Woodgrove Secondary School.
