Richard Mullins is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and education. Currently serving as the Director of Head Start/Early Head Start at Clinch Valley Community Action, Inc. since August 2022, Richard has also held the position of High Performance Driving Instructor at Xtreme Xperience since June 2016, where the organization has expanded its operations in motorsports. Previously, Richard managed transportation and safety for Tazewell County Public Schools, overseeing a large team and fleet to ensure safe school bus services. Richard Mullins holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Virginia's College at Wise and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Southwest Virginia Community College.
