Andrei Raducea-Marin

Andrei Raducea-Marin is currently a Trading Analyst at XTX Markets, overseeing automated trading strategies and post-trade analysis, while focusing on enhancing trading capacity and mitigating market impact since April 2021. Previously, Andrei gained experience as a Trading Analyst at Citadel Securities, where responsibilities included advanced option pricing and trading tool development, and at Jane Street, where foundational trading skills were acquired. Additionally, Andrei served as President of the Oxford Poker Society, organizing competitive poker games that intertwined probability theory and human psychology. Andrei holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, complemented by a High School Diploma from Colegiul National Iasi.
