JJ Moreno is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in corporate governance, risk management, and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as the President and CEO of AF Payments Inc. and an Independent Director at Xurpas, Inc., JJ has held key leadership roles including Chief Strategy Officer at Metro Retail Stores Group and Vice President at the Philippine Stock Exchange, where JJ established the Corporate Governance Office. Additionally, JJ has extensive experience as an advisor with the International Finance Corporation and has contributed to the development of corporate governance practices in the Philippines through leadership at the Institute of Corporate Directors.
