Travis Starkey's work experience begins in 2010 as a Technical Support Engineer at Hostgator.com, where they provided front-line support for customers' technical and non-technical issues. In 2011, they transitioned to a role as a Billing Specialist, assisting customers and front-end support with billing inquiries. From 2013 to 2013, they served as a Billing Quality Assurance Analyst, ensuring that the billing department met company standards and rebuilding training for new employees. In 2014, Travis became an IT Service Operations Administrator II, successfully migrating the company to remote work and managing the deployment of applications and hardware. Travis's most recent position is with Xvand Technology starting in 2023 as an IT professional.

Travis Starkey earned their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University, where they attended from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their degree, Travis has obtained several certifications. In December 2021, they completed the certification for IT Service Desk: Service Management from LinkedIn, and also obtained the certification for Microsoft Cloud Fundamentals: Administering Office 365 and Intune from the same institution.
