Willie Xiang

Willie Xiang has had a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Since 2023, they have been working at Nucleate as the VP of Talent Development at their headquarters. Willie is also the Co-Managing Director for Nucleate in Taiwan, where they are responsible for building and expanding the organization. Prior to that, from 2016, they worked at XWPharma, where they held several positions including Head of Strategy and R&D Operations. During their time at XWPharma, they played a pivotal role in the company's growth and expansion into multiple geographies. Before XWPharma, from 2012, Willie worked at Vanguard in roles such as Senior Business Strategy & Data Analyst and Sales Analyst, and also participated in the Vanguard Accelerated Development Program.

Willie Xiang pursued higher education and obtained an MBA degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they attended Haverford College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and Psychology. Their secondary education was completed at Palo Alto High School. In addition to their academic achievements, Willie obtained certifications in the financial sector, including the Series 63 certification from NASAA and the Series 7 certification from FINRA, both obtained in August 2012.
