Heydar Eminli

Heydar Eminli is a distinguished professional in the field of education, currently serving as a Member of the Public Council at the Ministry of Science and Education and the Agency for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Azerbaijan, while also chairing the Board of the Azerbaijan Private Educational Institutions Association. As Vice Principal at the XXI Century International Education and Innovation Centre, Heydar oversees Cambridge International and IB Diploma Programmes. Previous experience includes project management at UNHCR, consultancy roles with IOM, and leadership in higher education institutions. Heydar holds a Master's degree in International Studies in Education from the University of Birmingham and a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Business School Online.
