Miranda Gossen

Miranda Gossen is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Interim Legal Counsel & Consultant at WaterBear Network and as Owner of Gossen Legal Consultancy. In addition, Miranda holds a position as Growth Consultant at Legal Manager. Previously, Miranda was the Global Head of Legal and Legal Counsel at Flow Traders, and an associate lawyer specializing in corporate and finance at Rutgers & Posch. Miranda's expertise includes leveraged and structured finance, as well as banking and capital markets products. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam and a Master’s in International Business Law from Tilburg University. Further legal training has been pursued at the Law Firm School, alongside earlier academic foundations in law from multiple universities.
