Anette Sommervold Nilsen

Anette Sommervold Nilsen has over 16 years of experience in human resources. Anette is currently working at XXL Sport & Villmark as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to this, they worked at Haugen-Gruppen AS Norway as the HR Direktør from October 2017 to August 2022. Before that, Anette held various roles at PwC Norway, including HR Rådgiver (Business Partner) from August 2014 to October 2017 and National HR Manager from June 2012 to July 2014. Anette also worked at PwC as an HR Senior Consultant from September 2011 to June 2012 and as a Senior Associate Revisjon from August 2006 to August 2011.

Anette Sommervold Nilsen has a diverse education history. In 2012-2013, they attended the BI Norwegian Business School and focused on Human Resource Management. Prior to this, from 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Master's degree in Revisjon og Regnskap (Accounting and Auditing) at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Anette also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration (Siviløkonom) from the University of Agder (UiA), which they earned between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, in 2005, they briefly studied at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) where they obtained a Master of Management in Business.
