Thomas Voldheim has a diverse and extensive background in retail management, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Operations Manager for XXL Sport & Villmark in the Region Sør og Vest, Thomas previously held roles as the Varehussjef for NORMAL A/S and Elkjøp Norge AS. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Management from BI Norwegian Business School, Thomas has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic skills throughout their career.
