Kassy Betterley, CAPM® has experience as a Community Manager at XY Planning Network, where they are responsible for elevating programs and opportunities for XYPN members to collaborate about their entrepreneurial journey, managing community engagement plans, executing learning community strategies, and fostering an inclusive and diverse community. Prior to this role, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and as an Education & Programs Coordinator at the Museum of the Rockies. They earned a Bachelor's degree from Montana State University-Bozeman and an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS from Flathead Valley Community College.
