Maddy Roche

Maddy Roche is a seasoned professional in financial consulting and education, currently serving as an Executive Business Coach and Consultant, Vice President, and Senior Director of Member Success at XYPN since June 2014. Maddy has successfully integrated various departmental strategies to enhance the advisor experience while fostering high-performing teams. Additionally, Maddy hosts the XYPN Radio Podcast, which highlights the experiences of financial advisors transforming the industry. Previous roles include Director of Member Services at XY Planning Network, Head Coach of the Mock Trial Team at the University of Washington, Paralegal at the Institute for Justice, Lead Instructor at Youth Tech Inc, and Resident Assistant at Cornell College. Maddy holds a BA with honors in Politics and Ethnic Studies from Cornell College, where studies were completed from 2006 to 2010.
