Tess Hollister

Tess Hollister is currently a Member Experience Specialist at XY Planning Network since April 2023, providing support to members and enhancing community involvement. Previously, Tess served as a Special Projects Manager at Peak Ski Company, focusing on digital marketing and customer service, and held multiple roles at XY Planning Network, including Talent Acquisition Specialist and Team Engagement Specialist. Tess's earlier experience includes directing social media marketing and merchandising at Uphill Pursuits LLC, facilitating team engagement events at XY Planning Network as an intern, and teaching marketing course design at the University of Oregon. Tess holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the University of Oregon.
