Susan Jeffers

Susan Jeffers has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries and roles. Susan is currently the CEO and Founder of XY Retail, a platform focused on transforming the retail industry's use of data. Prior to this, they worked as an Investor at GigSky. Susan also served as the COO and Co-founder of TOOVIA from 2013 to 2016. Susan has held positions in product management and digital strategy at MGM Resorts International, AT&T, and Delta Air Lines. Susan also worked as a Senior Product Manager at Union Pacific Railroad. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Digital Marketing Director at iStorez Inc and as a Business Relationship Manager at Plug & Play Tech Center. Susan began their career as an Account Manager at Progressive Insurance.

Susan Jeffers attended St. Xavier's College, where they did not obtain a degree or specify any field of study. Following this, they enrolled at San Jose State University and completed their undergraduate studies in Marketing, earning a Bachelor of Science degree.
