Shalini Srinivasan

She heads operations. She is well versed in creating innovative commercial models. Her 25 years of experience in legal compliance, operations, process improvement, product development and P&L management has established her as a strong operational leader.

She has expertise in working with both government and private entities. Some of the companies she has worked with AT&T, Walmart, FAA, State of Oklahoma and FIS. She has led product development for many years in the areas of manufacturing (Engineering Package for doing analysis viz. sensitivity, optimization, and control analysis) and Talent (Product that enabled rapid automation for Talent Management).

She holds a master’s degree in Data Science from College of Engineering, University of Oklahoma and a master’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from College of Engineering, University of Oklahoma. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications from Satyabama University, India.

She is passionate about working with women owned tech startups and sharing some of her expertise. She is an Oklahoma resident and proud mother of an NCAA Gymnast and a ballerina.
