Rene Pavlides

Rene Pavlides is a finance professional with a diverse background in financial management and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Finance Director at XYB since March 2025, Rene previously held various finance leadership roles at Persado, including Director of Finance and Accounting and Director of Commercial Finance, from July 2023 to March 2025. At Form3, Rene was a Senior Finance Business Partner from September 2022 to July 2023, supporting the Chief Commercial Officer and Customer Success team. Rene also contributed to Kaluza as a Commercial Finance Partner between October 2020 and September 2022, and co-founded ledgrr, an accounting firm focused on helping scale-ups enhance their finance functions. Rene holds an ACA in Accounting from ICAEW and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Cardiff University.
