Carl Boisvert

Carl Boisvert is an experienced executive with a robust background in management and sales within the technology sector. As Managing Director at VertWood Capital Holdings, LLC since April 2016, Carl leads efforts to consult and acquire stable, growing software companies. Carl serves as an investor and board member for Encryptics Cyber Security Software and Xyber Technologies. Previously, Carl held significant leadership roles at IBM, including VP of Worldwide Storage Channel Sales and VP of Worldwide Sales for Systems Integrators, where responsibilities included managing multi-billion dollar revenue streams. As a co-founder and CEO of SafeTScribe Technologies, Carl was recognized with the Austin Business Journal Tech Innovation Award. Education includes an MBA in Finance from the University of Hartford and a BS in Finance from Central Connecticut State University.
