Anu G. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of life sciences consulting and strategic client partnerships.

Starting in 1999, Anu worked as a Consultant in Pre-Sales Services for CRM Software at Siebel Systems, where they sold software solution licenses to federal public sector agencies. They contributed to team-based selling by conducting discovery sessions with prospects and generating value-based software demonstrations and presentations.

Anu then joined Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical, a Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, in 2002 as a Business Analyst in the CRM Center of Excellence. They harmonized sales processes among different pharmaceutical companies under the J&J umbrella, introduced business intelligence data into reports and presentations, and increased user adoption of the modern sales process.

In 2004, Anu worked as a Business Analyst at Honeywell in the CRM Center of Excellence, where they contributed to CRM projects in the role of a business analyst.

Anu then joined Accenture in 2005 as a Manager in Life Sciences CRM Consulting Services. They capitalized on their commercial operations experience to drive the expansion of the CRM consulting practice. Anu delivered results such as spearheading the business process design and development of detailed functional requirements for a campaign management system.

From 2012 to 2013, Anu worked at EY as a Manager in Life Sciences Advisory Services. They expanded their presence in the commercial operations consulting space, serving pharmaceutical and medical diagnostics companies. Anu led the change management workstream for a global learning solution deployment in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Anu joined Infosys in 2014 as a Principal Consultant in Life Sciences Consulting Services. They were recruited to drive the consulting brand's growth and reach in the US, working on projects totaling $9 million.

In 2017, Anu became a Senior Manager in Life Sciences Consulting Services at HighPoint Solutions. They delivered strategy and operations excellence across sales and marketing, managing multi-vendor integration efforts for operational efficiency initiatives in the pharma, biotech, and medical devices industry.

From 2019 to 2020, Anu worked at Syneos Health Commercial Solutions as a Director in Life Sciences CRM Strategy and Implementations. Their responsibilities included setting strategic direction and business value creation for a mid-small pharmaceuticals organization, enabling teams to align on relevant CRM solutions, and planning and executing against business-approved goals.

Anu then joined Verily Life Sciences in 2021 as part of the Engagement & Partnerships team for Project Baseline, working on various engagement and partnership projects.

Most recently, Anu is employed at Xybion Corporation as a Senior Director and Strategic Client Partner, a role which began in September 2021 and continues to the present.

Anu G. completed an Executive MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, starting in 2015 and ending in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, from 1995 to 1997.

In addition to their degrees, Anu G. also holds certifications. In December 2019, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance®. Anu also holds a Software Product Management Certificate from Product School, although the specific month and year of completion are not provided.
