Aubrey Strano

Aubrey Strano is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as Director of the HR Transformation Office and Director of Strategic HR Business Partner at Xylem since October 2019, Aubrey provides HR partnership for the Light Industry Technologies Division, overseeing approximately 1,000 employees and supporting significant business growth through leadership collaboration and effective change management strategies across multiple M&A projects. Previous roles include Senior HR Business Partner at Bayer, where Aubrey contributed strategic HR leadership for client groups, and HR Consultant for Family Hospice and Palliative Care, alongside prior experience as HR Generalist at Franklin American Mortgage Company and Project Coordinator at LAS Therapy Network.
