Caitlin Berretta

Caitlin Berretta currently serves as the Director of Government Affairs and Industry Relations at Xylem since August 2023, following a significant tenure at Evoqua Water Technologies, starting in November 2016, where Caitlin held various roles including Director of Government Affairs & Sustainability, ISS Senior Program Manager for Emerging Contaminants, and Business Development Manager. Prior experience includes serving as the Director and Manager of Business Development at the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) from October 2013 to November 2016, and as Marketing Director at Clear Carbon Innovations prior to its acquisition by Carbonxt, Inc. Caitlin's early career saw work as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Florida and an Environmental Engineering Intern at Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. Caitlin holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida, as well as a background in the International Baccalaureate program from Palm Harbor University High School.
