Dhaval Jotangiya

Dhaval Jotangiya, PMP®, currently serves as Manager NPD at Xylem since September 2025. Prior to this role, Dhaval held the position of Project and Solution Engineering Manager at IDEX Corporation from August 2022 to September 2025. Dhaval's experience at Xylem includes being Deputy Manager Engineering and Assistant Engineering Manager, focusing on new product development of Split Case Pumps and water pumping systems for various segments. Earlier in the career, Dhaval worked as a Senior Product Support Engineer, contributing to product development and project engineering for centrifugal pumps. The career began at Ingersoll Rand India Ltd. as an Engineering Apprentice. Dhaval holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, completed in 2010.
