Dora Tien is a seasoned professional in supply chain management and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Process, Systems, & Analytics at Xylem since December 2023. Prior to this role, Dora held various management positions at Rivian from September 2020 to December 2023, including Manager of Supply Chain Product Management and Lead Business Systems Product Manager. Previous experience includes a Senior Instock Manager role at Amazon, program and supply chain management positions at Tesla, and engineering roles at GE Power and GE Aviation. Dora Tien holds a Master’s degree in Green Technologies and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of Southern California.
