Duane Graupman

Duane Graupman has extensive experience in advanced manufacturing and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Global Advanced Manufacturing Excellence at Xylem since October 2016, with previous roles in the company including Vice President of Global Operations and Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain. Prior to Xylem, Duane held several leadership positions at Sensus, including Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain and Director of Production Engineering. Experience also includes a role as Materials/Process Manager at Spongex LLC, where responsibilities encompassed process development and planning management for a foam manufacturing facility. Duane worked as a Product Engineer at Nortel Networks, focusing on the integration of a complex fiber optic product line, and served as Product Engineering Manager at Flextronics, overseeing a team dedicated to a major customer. Education includes training in the United States Navy from 1994 to 1995.
