James Thompson

James Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Since December 2005, Thompson has served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Xylem Inc., following roles as a Corporate Recruiter and Human Resources Generalist specializing in recruitment and benefits administration. Prior experience includes work with the Philadelphia Customs House as a Dialogic Administrator and Systems Administrator, managing emergency communication systems for the Department of Homeland Security. Thompson’s earlier career includes service in the United States Air Force, where as a First Sergeant, leadership over a team of over 200 enlisted personnel was maintained, providing critical advisement on personnel matters. Education includes attendance at Kingsway Regional High School and completion of Professional Military Education through the USAF.
