Taís Cabral Gomes

Taís Cabral Gomes currently serves as the Head of Global Operational Excellence for the Water Infrastructure Segment at Xylem since January 2025. Previously, Taís held various senior leadership roles at Xylem from March 2021 to June 2024, including Senior Director of Continuous Improvement and Senior Director of Revenue Synergies in Europe. Taís's career includes significant experience in business transformation at ADP and multiple positions within Xylem and other organizations focused on Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Business from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from St. Cloud State University, along with an Associate degree from Northwestern Michigan College.
