Windy Weng

Windy Weng is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Emerging Markets at Xylem Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this role, Windy worked at Colgate-Palmolive for over 17 years, holding various positions including Worldwide Director of Global People Operations & Analytics, where responsibilities included leading HR technology strategy and shared services.
