Dale Walden

Dale Walden has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dale started their career in 2005 as a Lighting Director at SeaWorld. In 2005, they also founded Derevo Design, a web design firm focused on providing solutions for small businesses and non-profit organizations. Currently, Dale only supports existing clients and does not accept new contracts for Derevo Design.

In 2012, Dale joined ELEKS as a Frontend Developer and worked there until 2014. Dale then transitioned to Xyleme, Inc. in the same year and held various roles. From 2012 to 2018, they served as a Senior Developer/Technical Manager, leading globally-distributed engineering teams in platform feature creation. Dale specialized in frontend web technologies while overseeing teams with diverse specializations.

In 2018, Dale became the Director of Product Management at Xyleme, responsible for managing product development. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Industry Solutions. Currently, there is no end date specified for their roles at Xyleme, Inc.

Dale Walden attended Valencia College from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Computer Science. Dale did not obtain a degree during this time. Additionally, Dale Walden has acquired several certifications from Code School, including "Anatomy of Backbone.js," "Assembling Sass," "Git Real," and "shaping-up-with-angular-js."
