Laura Caines has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Laura started their career in 2004 at ACS/Xerox, where they worked as a Training Admin, Training Lead, Instructional Designer, Sr. Instructional Designer, and Project Manager. Laura dedicated nearly 10 years to ACS/Xerox, working with clients like General Motors and Ernst & Young. In 2008, they served as a Sr. Instructional Designer for the EY account in London, UK. From 2010 to 2014, Laura worked as a Project Manager at ACS, Inc./Xerox (formerly Intellinex / Ernst & Young) on the Advisory Americas and Global Advisory teams. Laura managed a $2 million account and developed over 100 projects. In 2014, Laura joined Xyleme, Inc. as a Content Strategist, where they wrote and developed a Content Strategy Program. Currently, they are working at Cisco as a Product Manager, where they lead programs for the development and delivery of content to core customers base and drives the Secure Analytics product customer success communications strategy.
Laura Caines attended Eastern Michigan University from 1998 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology- Industrial. Laura is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Sociology at the same university. Prior to their university education, Laura received their high school diploma from Our Lady of Mount Carmel.
