Michael Farr

Michael Farr is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Xynon since March 2025. Previously, Michael held key roles including Lead Developer and Solution Architect at TOMORROW Wealth from August 2021 to August 2025, and Lead Developer at Buildxact from November 2020 to August 2021. Prior to these positions, Michael was a Project Lead at DBXB and also served as Chief Technology Officer at Codemakers. Additional experience includes roles as Digital Technical Lead at SPARQ Solutions, Solutions Architect at Alphero, Senior Solution Architect at HCL, Senior Consultant at Readify, and IT Consultant at UBS Investment Bank. Michael earned a degree from La Trobe University from 1997 to 2001.
