Luiz Guilherme Pretti

Luiz Guilherme Pretti is a Senior Consultant at Xynteo since June 2023, previously serving as a Consultant at the same firm. Luiz co-founded Projeto Sê-los, where involvement lasted from January 2019 to May 2023. Luiz held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Breakthrough Social Enterprise from November 2022 to March 2023 and worked as a Venture Builder and Project Manager at Venture Studio from Crisis between March 2022 and November 2022. Luiz is a Master of Public Policy graduate from the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford, where studies occurred from 2020 to 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Fellow at STIR Education in 2021 and as an attorney at Dias e Carvalho Filho Advogados from August 2014 to August 2020. Educational background features a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Oxford, a specialization in Economic Criminal Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor's in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
