Matt Lewis

Matt Lewis is a Strategy Consultant at Xynteo since September 2023, previously serving as a Social Innovation Fellow with Year Here from March 2022 to February 2023, where entrepreneurial approaches to social issues were cultivated. Prior to that, Matt was the Financial Inclusion Lead at 60 Decibels from April 2019 to March 2022, specializing in microfinance, personal finance tools, and savings/insurance across various geographies. Earlier experience includes roles as an Associate at Acumen, focusing on Lean Data from May 2018 to April 2019, and a Consultant at Deloitte from September 2017 to May 2018. Additionally, Matt worked as a Contract Researcher for the Legatum Institute in June to September 2017, contributing to the annual global Prosperity Index. Matt holds a degree from the University of Oxford and completed the Year Here program from 2022 to 2023.
