Ritik Kumar Sinha

Ritik Sinha is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and consulting, currently serving as an Associate Partner at Xynteo since June 2020. Previously, Ritik held various leadership roles, including Associate Vice President of Consulting & Executive Education at the School of Inspired Leadership, and Chief Executive Officer in a healthcare startup. Early career experience includes positions at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. as a participant in the Global Leaders Program, and as a consultant at Ernst & Young. Ritik's engineering foundation was established through a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and further enhanced with an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.
