Etienne Poulin, CPA, CA has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in finance and accounting. Etienne has served as the Vice President International Business and Chief Financial Officer at Xypex Chemical Corporation since 2021. Prior to that, they were the Vice-President Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Noverra Group of Companies from 2019 to 2021. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Trican Well Service Ltd., including Chief Accounting Officer and VP Supply Chain from 2016 to 2019, Finance Director from 2013 to 2016, and Director of Internal Audit from 2010 to 2013. Etienne started their career at Meyers Norris Penny as a Senior Manager - Enterprise Risk Services from 2008 to 2010.
Etienne Poulin, CPA, CA obtained their BAA in Production Operations Management and Accounting from HEC Montréal in the years 1996 to 1999. Etienne also holds additional certifications, including Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors and Chartered Accountant from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA).
