Robert, CISSP certified manager of XYPRO’s Technical Customer Support team, joined XYPRO in 2006 as a Quality Assurance analyst and was promoted in 2008 to lead XYPRO’s newly formed Customer Support organization. Robert has 30+ years of HPE NonStop experience providing emergency support for Fortune 500 financial services and technology companies.

Robert’s background as a Security Administrator and Support Analyst for mission-critical applications brings real-world experience to the customer support organization.
