Justine Matison has extensive work experience in customer service and support roles. Justine began their career at 3 Day Blinds as a Market Manager from an unknown start date to 2008. Justine then worked at Social Vocational Services as an Employment Specialist from January to September 2009. Justine joined Practice Fusion in March 2010 as an Account Manager, where they guided medical professionals through the adoption of the company's system. Justine later became an Account Manager Team Lead from March 2011 to January 2013. From January to July 2013, they served as the Manager of Customer Engagement. Following that, Justine worked as the Manager of Implementation (Inside Sales) for a brief period from July to November 2013. Justine then became the Senior Manager of Customer Service from January 2015 to September 2016. Justine's most recent employment was at Lever, where they held several roles. Justine started as the Manager of Customer Service and Support in September 2016, then became the Director of Customer Service and Support in August 2017. Justine currently holds the position of Vice President of Customer Support, starting in August 2020.

Justine Matison obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Lever Hire from Lever in January 2022.
