Sigal Hazak

Sigal Hazak is a seasoned Human Resources and Organizational Consultant with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Xyte since January 2022 and operating as an independent Organizational and HR Consultant since May 2019, Sigal offers strategic consultancy aimed at transforming innovative ideas into market-ready business models while fostering strong founding teams. Previous roles include VP of Human Resources at Global-e, PerimeterX, and Starhome Mach, as well as significant contributions to Intucell and Wintegra during their acquisitions. Sigal's academic background includes an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in Psychology from Tel Aviv University, complemented by a certificate in Group Leading and Training from Seminar Hakibutzim College.
