Bhavya Shetty

Bhavya Shetty has worked in the field of Human Resources since 2012. Bhavya began their career as a Senior Associate - HR Generalist at Sewells Group in 2012. In 2014, they joined Reliance Mutual Fund as a Senior Executive HR - West Zone and Corporate HR Executive - Employee Engagement & Communication. In 2016, they moved to Visible Alpha as a Senior Executive HR, where they were responsible for the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to exit, conducting induction of new hires, and driving Employee Engagement, CSR, and R&R activities on a pan India level. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Human Resources Manager at XYXX Apparels.

Bhavya Shetty obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Finance from V K Krishna Menon College of Commerce and Economics Sharad Shankar Dighe College of Science near Bhandup Rly Station Bhandup East Mumbai 400 042 between 2004 and 2007. Bhavya then went on to pursue a PGDM in Finance & Human Resource from KOHINOOR BUSINESS SCHOOL KOHINOOR EDUCATION COMPLEX, MUMBAI SUBURBAN between 2010 and 2012. In October 2022, Bhavya Shetty obtained a certification in Indian Payroll System and Income Tax on Salaries from SkillDeck. Bhavya is also NSE Certified Capital Market Professional from NSE, Mumbai.
