Prajakta Sulekar has a diverse work experience in the field of consumer insights and marketing. Prajakta currently works as the Consumer Insights & Customer Support Lead at XYXX Apparels since February 2022, where they are responsible for building a men's apparel brand through consumer insights and ensuring smooth customer support. Prior to this, they served as the Marketing-Brand Insights Manager at Zydus Wellness Products Limited from November 2018 to February 2022, where they led the portfolio for various iconic brands and linked consumer insights with marketing strategies.

Prajakta Sulekar completed a Master's Degree in Market Research at Nielsen's Academy from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Management Studies degree with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management from Mithibai College, where they studied from 2010 to 2013.
