Amber Y. Z. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ESG and impact analysis, currently holding the position of Senior Associate at both Y Analytics and TPG since February 2021. Previous roles include Data Analyst at Measuring Success, LLC and VC Analyst at Shaper Impact Capital, where Amber contributed to impact investing efforts. Amber has also served as Research Development Lead at Mark Labs and Analyst at the Global Development Incubator, focusing on investment metrics and project performance. Amber’s early career includes positions such as Graduate Research Analyst at the Center for Global Sustainability and Graduate Consultant for the Global Environment Facility. As Co-Founder and Director of Ticket Youth Association, Amber played a significant role in empowering emerging leaders through various social innovation programs. Amber holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Maryland and a BA in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Zhejiang International Studies University.
