Eanna Allen has a diverse work experience ranging from hospitality to financial services. Eanna began their career at Fitzpatrick Hotel Group as a Front Desk Receptionist, where they provided excellent customer service and handled guest inquiries and complaints. They later transitioned to the role of Concierge, assisting guests with their needs and coordinating event setups. In 2018, Eanna joined Fidelity as an Associate Analyst in Brokerage Operations Tax, where they conducted research and processed requests related to tax lots and corporate actions. They received recognition for their excellent work quality during this role. Eanna then advanced to the position of Team Lead, taking on responsibilities such as coaching team members, handling escalations, and ensuring quality standards. Currently, Eanna is working at Y TREE as a Client Onboarding Analyst, and starting from 2023, they will transition into the role of Client Onboarding Lead.
