CEO and Founder of Yacoub Elite Search, Jocelyn Yacoub is an industry veteran who began her recruitment career in 1997 when she co-founded Quest Executive Recruitment. In 2002, she took over the Quest practice, rebranded the firm, and became sole owner of Yacoub Elite Search, a leader in boutique executive search. She had a vision of increasing the level of service in the recruitment industry by providing a consistent personal touch with every relationship she managed. She has demonstrated the success of this vision with over 20 years of relationships and a loyal and dedicated client base. Jocelyn has a strong and personal relationship with each of her clients and candidates; this allows her and the team to identify the “best fit” on each search and achieve success every time they go out to market.
