Pascale Petit-Gagnon, PPCC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and client solutions. Currently serving as a Partner at Yacoub Elite Search since December 2016, Pascale leads the Executive Search Practice in Montreal, overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process. Prior to this role, Pascale was the Director of Client Solutions at Mirego, where strategic partnerships were formed to develop innovative digital products for prominent clients. As Co-Founder and President of Planiclik.com, Pascale created a web-based platform tailored for family planning. Previous experience includes positions in talent acquisition at Yacoub Elite Search and recruitment consulting at Université de Montréal, alongside early roles in hospitality. Pascale holds a B. Comm in Organizational Behaviour & Psychology from McGill University and a Professional and Personal Coaching Certification from Concordia University.
