Hadar Winter Golan has a range of work experience in various positions and organizations. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at The Jerusalem College of Engineering (JCE) until 2012. In 2012, they transitioned to the Civil Service as a Civil Service Cadet. During their time there, they gained valuable experience until 2022. In 2016, Golan joined the Ministry of Economy and Industry, Israel as the Director of the Planning Division and held this role until 2022. Lastly, they currently serve as the Head of Planning, strategy and government relation division at Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Center, starting in 2022.
Hadar Winter Golan obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration and Communication & Journalism degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Hadar later pursued their Master of Public Policy degree at the same university, completing their studies from 2012 to 2014.
