Sheryl's legal career encompasses various roles as an attorney in prestigious firms, specializing in business litigation, bankruptcy, and transactional corporate matters. Sheryl holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor's degree in History from SUNY Binghamton.
