Elad Azran

Elad Azran has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Elad is currently the Head of Business Strategy & Chief of Staff at Car Finance in yad2, where they collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Elad is responsible for formulating business strategies, defining KPIs, and assessing processes and technology solutions to enhance client service delivery and improve operational efficiency.

Prior to their current role, Elad worked as a Corporate Finance Analyst at BDO, specializing in company valuations for M&A and fairness opinions. Elad also served as a Project Lead, where they conducted comprehensive market research in various sectors.

Before joining BDO, Elad gained experience in consulting and auditing at Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Performance Improvement Consultant and Senior Auditor in the High-Tech Practice. Additionally, they served as a System Instructor at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and held positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel and The Jewish Agency for Israel.

Elad began their career in the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as a Second-in-command (2IC), Major in Reserves in the Field Intelligence Reconnaissance Unit.

Elad Azran obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Haifa in 2009 to 2012. Elad then pursued a degree in Accounting and Finance at Reichman University from 2012 to 2013. In 2018 to 2021, Elad completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Tel Aviv University. Currently, they are enrolled in Tel Aviv University and is expected to graduate in 2025 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
