Giovanni Tamburini

Giovanni Tamburini has held various leadership roles in human resources throughout their career. Giovanni served as the Vice President HR - EMEA at YAGEO Group, Managing Director at KEMET ELECTRONICS ITALIA S.R.L., and held multiple HR director positions at KEMET Electronics Corporation. Additionally, they have been involved in various board positions in organizations such as Federmeccanica, AIDP, Confindustria Emilia Area Centro, Hit Servizi Emilia, and Unindustria Bologna. Tamburini's expertise lies in strategic HR planning, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.

Giovanni Tamburini pursued a degree in Giurisprudenza at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Giovanni furthered their education by obtaining a degree in Gestione Strategica delle Risorse Umane at SDA Bocconi in 2009. In 2015-2016, they attended the Leadership Forum at Georgia Institute of Technology, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Recently, from 2021 to 2023, they completed an EMBA - Executive Master in Business Administration at Bologna Business School. Additionally, they obtained a certification in World Business Forum Milano in 2023 from WOBI.
