Gayatri Upadhye

Gayatri Upadhye has a diverse work experience in human resources spanning several companies. Gayatri is currently working as the Manager-HR at Yagna iQ Inc. since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Team Lead at Verinite from December 2020 to September 2021. Before Verinite, Gayatri worked at QuadLogix Technologies (P) Ltd as an HRBP (Talent Acquisition and Operations) from April 2019 to August 2020. Their role involved recruitment, onboarding, and joining formalities. Gayatri also had a significant tenure at Kan Consultant, working as a Human Resources Consultant from May 2016 to February 2019. During their time there, they designed HR interventions, developed HR policies, and customized compensation and benefits packages. Gayatri started their career as an HR Generalist/Executive at Tech Mahindra in December 2009, handling HR operations for a department of 400+ employees.

Gayatri Upadhye completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Cost and Management Studies & Research (IndSearch) Pune from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, and Botany from Maharashtra Udaygiri Mahavdiyalaya, Udgir.
