Holly Fitzgerald has been working in the software industry since 1995. Holly began their career at SBC/AMERITECH as a Sales Representative and worked their way up to Business Manager - SBC IT Services. As Business Manager, they were responsible for the successful rollout of a new custom sales proposal and order input software. Holly also managed the development, testing and rollout of new software versions. In addition, they served as a Sales Laptop Analyst, providing local support and direction of daily laptop usage within the sales office.

In 2003, Holly joined Amdocs as a Group Lead/Business Analyst- Customer Support Team. During their time at Amdocs, they were promoted rapidly to Group Lead position by demonstrating initiative, customer focus and problem solving skills. Holly also gathered and translated general business requirements into functional and technical requirements and was integral in the design and implementation of customized software used by over 1,200 sales representatives at YP.

In 2017, Holly joined Yahara Software as a Project Manager/Business Analyst.

Holly Fitzgerald obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1992. In 2021, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, a Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from LinkedIn, and a Project Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn.
