Dana Schieffer

Dana Schieffer is a seasoned product design professional currently serving as the Senior Product Design Manager for Growth at Yahoo since September 2025. Prior to this role, Dana was the Director of Product Design for Monetization at The Washington Post from June 2018 to October 2025, where responsibilities included leading product design across monetization initiatives. Previous experience includes positions as Sr. UX Architect at USA TODAY Co., Inc., and various design roles at Marriott International and HBO, alongside freelance work in film production. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies and Fine Art from the University of Delaware, and completed an immersive User Experience Design program at General Assembly in 2015.
